If you want a seated wood-cabin experience with published size and electrical options in one family, this is a practical place to compare models.

What it is

These are indoor wood cabins, not portable canvas tents and not wrap-style blankets. You get a hemlock enclosure, bench seating, and wall-mounted heaters marketed as full-spectrum. Assembly is described as clasp-together panels — still a real furniture-scale install (hundreds of pounds), but usually without custom carpentry. Capacity scales from solo (Medical 3) up to family-sized (Medical 7 Plus).

Compared with a portable tent-style NIR system, you are choosing room-like cabin heat and aesthetics over a lightweight enclosure. Compared with a blanket, you gain a shared or upright seated space and lose the ability to stash the whole product under a bed.
